About the Wine
This fabulous red wine created by Luis Felipe Edwards is made in the Rapel Valley. This wine is exclusive to Matthew Clark so you won't find it at multiple retailers. Available in 75cl bottles, supplied by Luis Felipe Edwards. Luis Felipe Edwards Lot 24 Carmenère is a mouth-watering wine, made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This screwcap wine is created with added sulphites. Like many wines in our list, this wine is suitable for vegan diets. Carmenère matches well with lightly-spiced, savoury, meat dishes particularly those with Mediterranean herbs.
Carmenere wine has a deep red color and aromas found in red fruits, spices and berries. The tannins are gentler and softer than those in Cabernet Sauvignon and it is a medium body wine.
