About the Wine
This lovely white wine from Flagstone is produced in the Western Cape. Available in 75cl bottles, supplied by Accolade wines. Flagstone Noon Gun Chenin Blanc-Sauvignon Blanc-Viognier is an interesting wine, made from Pinotage grapes. This screwcap wine is made with added-sulphites. Brilliant with roasted pork, vegetable dishes and creamy sauces.
Sauvignon has boomed in recent years. Its crisp acidity makes it a popular choice as an aperitif or with food. It's an aromatic variety, enjoyed when young, and mostly un-oaked. Produced in a variety of methods in the Old and New World resulting in a light and minerally style to more tropical flavours.

This great little grape is so diverse, it is capable of producing a broad range of wines from dry to very sweet and sparkling. It has a high acidity, can age very well, and makes a fantastic food wine.
