About the Spirit
Portobello Road Gin is a 42% product made in London. Born and still operating in Portobello Road London. It's also the home of 'The Ginstitute' an educational experience covering history, production and blending of Gin. Launched in 2011, this gin is supplied by Mangrove.

Without Juniper, there would be no gin at all. The origins of gin as we know it date back to 16th century Holland where Juniper and grain spirit were combined to produce a spirit called Genever. These 'berries' have a herbaceous, piney flavour with citrus notes.

Lemon peel provides a deep lemon flavour to drinks. During the distillery process, the warm and vapour will make this botanical to release its oils that will apport citrus and floral notes into the spirit base.
