Bottega Bacûr Gin is a 40% product made in Veneto. Gin Bacûr Bottega owes its unique and elegant character to the botanicals used to produce it, juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon zest, and to the production process. Launched in 2017, this gin is supplied by BOTTEGA SPA.
Juniper

Without Juniper, there would be no gin at all. The origins of gin as we know it date back to 16th century Holland where Juniper and grain spirit were combined to produce a spirit called Genever. These 'berries' have a herbaceous, piney flavour with citrus notes.
Sage

Native from the Mediterranean countries, this herb is sweet and somewhat bitter, with a pine-like flavour and aroma. It also brings some notes of eucalyptus and citrus notes.
