The flagship wine from the Aberdeen Wine Company and only produced in the very best vintages. Cabernet Sauvignon planted on the prized ancient red Cambrian soils of Heathcote. An exceptional vineyard site renowned for producing wines of concentration and purity combined with restrained structure and balance. Dark red with crimson hues, lifted cassis, blackcurrant leaf and cedar. Ripe black fruits accompanied by a refreshing bright palate and classic Heathcote eucalypt-mint characters. Matured for 18 months in tight grained toasted French oak barriques. Bold generous mid-palate displaying fruit intensity and ripe textured tannins.
