About the Wine
This fortified wine is made by La Guita in Andalucía. Top quality Manzanilla Sherry, matured on the coast near Jerez. The wine is clean, fresh and dry with a delicious salty tang and refreshing finish. Enjoy it well-chilled. Formed from primarily Palomino grapes, this wine is vegetarian and vegan friendly. You shouldn't find this wine anywhere else, it is exclusive to Matthew Clark. Supplied by Jose Estevez.

La Guita winery was founded by Domingo Pérez Marín in 1852 and is the leading Sherry/Manzanilla brand in Spain. The historic Bodega was built in 1526 and was originally a Hospital until 1867. The west humid winds from the Atlantic sea, a key factor in the production of this unique wine, blow directly in the Bodega thanks to its location in the highest area of the town.
