An exquisite sipping rum that is made almost entirely from sugar cane honey. This fine rum is made with 80% heavy pot still rum and 20% lighter column still rum and aged for up to 12 years. The result is a truly exceptional rum with characteristic soft and fruity flavours to an even higher level of concentation than it's family members.
