Method
Pour Whitley Neil Rhubarb and Ginger Gin into a glass with ice and top with premium tonic water. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

25ml Orange Juice
2 Lime Slices
2 Lemon Slices
10ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
Method
Muddle fruit in a cocktail shaker and add all ingredients apart from soda water. Shake and single strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig.
