greyp-froot
Perfect as a garnish for citrus gins, the family of flavours for this fruit range from highly acidic and sour, to sweet and tart. Able to create a zippy and zesty gin, the use of grapefruit on the elaboration of a gin will also give to this one a pinky on-trend colour.
tahym
From the family of mint, thyme is a durable plant and used in very different products. With a strong herbaceous and floral aroma, the peppery taste with some bitter and slightly lemony and minty notes makes this a herb able to give a great flavour and nose touch on the gin.
