Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength is distilled with obsessive attention to detail, using only traditional botanicals. Traditional maceration techniques are used and it is then shipped to Iceland to be blended with pure Icelandic spring water. It's higher ABV gives it a more robust and pronounced spicy flavour.
