250ml Hendricks Gin
175ml Lime Juice
175ml Raspberry Syrup
500ml Ginger Ale
Method
Make the raspberry syrup by combining raspberries, sugar and water in a blender. Blitz for 30 seconds and save. Add all the ingredients into a punch bowl with cubed ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries
