50ml Boe Passionfruit Gin

Method
Pour Boe Passionfruit Gin into a glass with ice and top with Tonic Water. Garnish with a fresh orange twist. Added a garnish of pomegranate seeds, to further aesthetic appeal.

12.5ml Vanilla Syrup
50ml Passion Fruit Puree or Passion Fruit Juice
25ml Pineapple Juice
5ml Lime Juice
Method
Shake & Double Strain into Glass 1/2 Passion Fruit Float Shot of Prosecco on the side. Garnish with Passion Fruit or dehydrated lime in a Martini glass.
