Low-yielding old 'bush vines' planted on the Knorhoek Farm?s vineyards on the lower slopes of the towering Simonsberg Mountain produce this ripe, tropical-fruit flavoured Chenin Blanc. Some lees ageing and partial malolactic fermentation help to both soften and round the finish.
