About the Wine
This lovely rosé Sparkling Wine from Bottega is made in the Oltrepò Pavese area of Veneto. This wine is exclusively distributed through Matthew Clark. Available in 20cl single serve bottles, supplied by Bottega SPA. Bottega Rose Gold is a mouth-watering wine, made from Pinot Noir grapes. This wine has a cork closure and is one of a growing number in our list that can be enjoyed by vegan drinkers. Versatile rosé, ideal with salads, seafood, grilled chicken or pasta. This a core range wine.

The thin skin means it's very light in colour body and tannin, it characteristically has searing acidity and full lingering flavours of raspberry, strawberry, cherry, violets and sweet spice.
