Virvir sin Dormir means living without sleep, and refers to the techncial team working through the night on this wine. The grapes come from one of the pioneers of organic farming in the Jumilla region, and are 100% Monastrell. Deep purple colour with aromas of mature red fruits, black pepper and toasted notes. Well structured on the palate with a strong, persistent finish.
