Production is in accordance with organic farming principles and practices. Winemakers cannot add unnatural yeasts, which spur on fermentation and add flavour, nor can they add more than a small amount of sulphites. Deep cherry red in colour with aromas of strawberries and fruits of the forest, this is a smooth and well-balanced red wine.
