Made in the Appassimento style where grapes go through a drying process before fermentation to produce more concentrated juice. This wine has an intense, deep violet colour with wild blackberry and raspberry on the nose, along with a hint of chocolate. On the palate it is medium-bodied, juicy tannins with a long, fresh finish.
