Knob Creek 9yo is a small batch bourbon from kentucky, spicy and sweet on the nose with hints of toasty oak and caramel. On the palate spicy with notes of dark chocolate and charred oak and a very long smooth finish a little dry with hints of nut oil and vanila spice. Sip it on its own or mix it.
