Method
Warner's Rhubarb Gin with Ginger Ale and a slice of fresh orange
Garnish
Orange
Rhubarb Sour
Ingredients
50ml Warner's Rhubarb Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
Angostura Bitters
1 Egg white
Method
Dry shake (without ice) all ingredients together, then shake again with ice and pour into a Coupette.
Garnish
Blackberries and lime wedge.

About the Spirit
Warner's Rhubarb Gin is a 40% product made in Northamptonshire. Inspired by a crop of rhubarb originally grown in Queen Victoria’s own kitchen garden. The original rhubarb gin, one third of this bottle is freshly pressed rhubarb juice. Launched in 2016, this gin is supplied by Warner's Distillery.

Without Juniper, there would be no gin at all. The origins of gin as we know it date back to 16th century Holland where Juniper and grain spirit were combined to produce a spirit called Genever. These 'berries' have a herbaceous, piney flavour with citrus notes.
