After a hiatus in 2017, Matthew Clark’s exclusive on-trade tasting events, Uncovered, returns this spring.

We're heading to London, Edinburgh, Manchester and Bristol, taking customers on a tasting journey under the banner of ‘Destination Discovery’ which will tackle the trends and hot topics impacting the drinks industry.

The events will give licensees a chance to sample hundreds of new products, from wines and premium spirits to beers, ciders and now and low-alcohol serves. In-house experts and brand ambassadors will be on hand to provide practical advice and support, from how to increase profitability, to understanding environmental and sustainability initiatives.

Discovery – Visitors can try new wines and different styles driving value growth in the on-trade; exclusive world lagers and craft beers; the latest gins, rums, whiskies, spritz drinks and late-night serves; plus a range of low and no-alcohol drinks range.

Homegrown – Experience the pride and passion of the best of British brewers, distillers and winemakers responsible for putting this increasingly prestigious region on the map.

Sustainability – Destination Discovery will offer inspiration through an array of ethical, organic and vegan drinks from producers passionate about making a positive impact on the environment.
