50ml Tonic Water
Method
Pour Edinburgh Seaside Gin into a glass with ice and topped premium tonic water. Garnish with fresh thyme and grapefruit twist.

25ml Suze
25ml Campari
Grapefruit Bitters
Method
Frost the rim of the glass with rock salt and rosemary. Fill the glass with ice before adding all ingredients. Stir with a bar spoon until well mixed. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
