50ml Edinburgh Gin
50ml Tonic Water
Method
Pour Edinburgh gin into a glass filled with ice and top with a premium tonic. Garnish with orange peel.

25ml Edinburgh Gin Pomegranate & Rose Liqueur
12.5ml Lemon Juice
Method
Rim a Coupette glass with crushed pistachios. Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into the prepared glass.
