Please note that from 1st February 2023, Softco will be our new providers for E-Billing and Customer Portal Access to enable you to obtain copies of your MCB documents.

You should have received an invite to Register for portal access from the following e-mail address


If you have not received an invite or would like the invite resent, please contact our Customer Services Teams at or speak to your Account Manager.

If you have already registered with SoftCo, you can access the portal via their website.
