Full Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

2. Promoter: Matthew Clark Bibendum Limited

3. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to licensed premises within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, which have a wholesale account with Matthew Clark Bibendum Limited only and excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, suppliers, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

4. Promotion Period: Qualifying purchases must be made within 00:00 01/05/2025 – 00:-00 15/06/2025. Qualifying purchases made outside of this period will not be eligible for entry to the promotion.

5. To enter: Purchase 2 or more cases of the Red Bull Energy Drink 250ml x 24 in one day (a “Qualifying Purchase”) during the Promotion Period through the Promotor’s online portal. Cases must be purchased in the same day. Maximum one entry per qualifying purchase. Retain the invoice from each Qualifying Purchase as this may be required for winner verification. Each Qualifying Purchase generates a separate entry into the prize draw.

6. Internet access required. Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet. These costs may vary so please check with your service provider for current charges. Participants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.

7. Prizes: 1x 1 pair of General Admission tickets to the British Grand Prix on 6 July 2025 and Red Bull Racing Merchandise (both to be awarded to the same winner) .

8. Winner Selection: Red Bull will identify eligible entrants and share the account number of eligible entrants with the Promotor. The Promotor will select a winner from the eligible participants using a random generator.

9. Winner Notification: The Promotor will endeavour to notify the winner by email or telephone to the email account or telephone number associated with the winning entry within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period . Winners must respond within 14 days of the date of the initial notification email, confirming compliance with these Terms and Conditions and eligibility (including a copy of their most recent invoice). Failure to comply with this timeframe, or if a winner rejects their prize, or if a winner is ineligible will result in disqualification of that winner and the prize being awarded to another winner. Participants are encouraged to monitor the email account during this time in case they are a winner.

10. No guarantee all prizes will be won during the Promotion Period. Any remaining prizes not won or any prizes that remain unclaimed following the close of the promotional period will be re-allocated to a wrap up draw.

11. Prize Fulfilment: The promotor will be in touch by email to arrange prize fulfilment. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure prizes are fulfilled within 30 days of winner notification and acceptance, but there may be situations outwith the Promoter’s control which may prevent this from time to time.

General

12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of qualifying purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

13. The Promoter will make available the name and country of the winning licensed premises to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting mcpromotions@matthewclark.co.uk. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners’ details by emailing mcpromotions@matthewclark.co.uk .

14. Prizes cannot be sold or transferred. Winning prizes cannot be combined with other discounts, cashback activities or promotions. The prizes are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.

15. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the delivery, acceptance or use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

18. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.

19. If any of these conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

20. A winner may be requested, but not required, to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, though for regulatory reasons if a winner is or looks under 25, such request may be revoked. Publicity may include, but not be limited to the licensed premises’ name and location.

21. Red Bull will identify account numbers of eligible entrants and share these with the Promotor for winner selection and prize fulfilment. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless you have consented to receive marketing from the Promoter. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to GDPR@candcgroup.com. All data provided by winners in the promotional period will be destroyed 3 months after the close of the main promotion, unless you have consented to receive marketing from the Promoter. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in this condition.

22. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

23. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Scottish law and the Courts of Scotland will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
