Luscious, rich, sticky, sweet wines
- Great with cheese, particularly blue cheeses like Roquefort, an example of salt and sweet working together brilliantly.
- Will partner with fruit-based dishes if the acidity levels balance. Fantastic with pastries, rich cakes and desserts demonstrating similarly high levels of sweetness.
About the Wine
This white wine is made by Ruffino in Toscana. A not-too-sweet dessert wine which is great with pastries. Formed from primarily Malvasia grapes, this wine is vegetarian. Supplied by Constellation Brands Europe.
Malvasia is a variety of group of wine grapes, which produces a variety of rich white wine. This grape creates highly rich wines through a wide range of tasteful and classy wines.
- Green Almond
- Sea Shell
- White Peach
- Wild Flowers
This grape is used to create Cognac and Brandy for its high acidity and low in sugar. The wine is generally dry and crisp, but with a fresh and fruity flavor and a bitter almond note at the end.
