Gavi, La Doria, Cascina La Doria
The La Doria estate lies in the commune of San Cristoforo, some three kilometres from Gavi. Cortese grapes, once harvested, are pressed and fermented in stainless steel at a low temperature, the finished wine shows a delicate, flowery style and character of this dry, crisp wine.
