The Cabernet Franc grapes for this vibrant rosé are harvested cold early in the morning in the first two weeks of October. After macerating for four hours, to extract the colour and flavours from the skins, the grapes are pressed and cool fermented. The wine is matured on the fine lees, with regular stirring, prior to the bottling process. Salmon-pink in colour, it has a fragrant nose of raspberry and redcurrant fruit; the palate is fresh, with a peppery note following the fruit.
