Sourced from different soil types across the estate for added complexity. Grapes are partially de-stemmed and fermented for seven days. The pressed wine & free-run wine is aged separately and gently filtered prior to blending and bottling. Notes of black fruits & a round, supple palate, this is ideal for drinking with grilled meats or game dishes.

The thin skin means it's very light in colour body and tannin, it characteristically has searing acidity and full lingering flavours of raspberry, strawberry, cherry, violets and sweet spice.
