About the Spirit
CEDER's Classic is a 50% product made in Cederburg in South Africa. Distilled Alt-Gin. Founders Maria (Swedish) and Craig (South African) came up with the idea after discovering a magical valley in the Cederberg mountains, which they now co-own. Launched in 2018, this gin is supplied by Pernod-Ricard UK.

Without Juniper, there would be no gin at all. The origins of gin as we know it date back to 16th century Holland where Juniper and grain spirit were combined to produce a spirit called Genever. These 'berries' have a herbaceous, piney flavour with citrus notes.
