Dubonnet Rouge is a classic spirit that has it's origins in 18th Century Paris. With a fortified wine character it has a hint of raspberry and blackcurrant with a lemon finish. Dubonnet can be served tall with soda and lemon or chilled with gin or vodka as a Martini. As an aperitif it can be as light as a glass of wine or as fashionable as a Cosmopolitan.
