Lanson Black Label Brut NV
A young, lively style of non-vintage which has an attractive lemon and green apple character, coupled with a slightly biscuity aroma. Made from grapes sourced exclusively from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. Lanson are one of the few houses which do not use any malolactic fermentation of the still wine. The result is a wine with great freshness.

Chardonnay can produce quality wines in a wide range of climates, with a real varied style. In cool climates like Champagne or Chablis it produces a lean steely wine with pronounced acidity. In warmer climates it develops buttery, honey notes whereas hotter climates, it's richer in body with the flavour of tropical fruits.

A temperamental thin skinned grape and difficult to grow, when produced of any quality it demands high prices.
