Matthew Clark Wine List 2022-23 Released
The Matthew Clark wine buying team has been working hard to build and evolve the wine offering for 2022-23.
Amongst this year’s new additions is the legendary Gerard Bertrand from the South of France. This exciting partnership gives those in the on-trade exclusive access to some of their incredible wines, such as the 6ème Sens which celebrates the alchemy of climate and land to produce wines that are a treat for all five senses, and the Cigalus range that holds a very special place in the heart of the Gerard Bertrand brand.
Matthew Clark have sought out suppliers who prioritise care for their land and their communities. Look out for the ‘Impact’ icon in the wine list, that highlights activities carried out by producers they represent that come under a wide ethical umbrella that vary from vineyard focused pest control regimes to activities designed to reduce the impact on global resources.
