Business as usual
London, UK – Last week the acquisition by C&C Group Plc of Matthew Clark, Bibendum and their various trading subsidies was announced.
The businesses want to reiterate their gratitude to their customers, suppliers and employees as they continue to trade and work around the clock to stabilise the business, get service back on track and build a stronger business for the future.
None of the businesses entered administration which allowed 2,000 jobs to be saved across the UK, and the businesses will continue to operate independently with C&C Group support.
Matthew Clark, Bibendum, Walker & Wodehouse, Catalyst PLB, CDC, Peppermint Events and Elastic are committed to improving service and supply levels for their customers and have said that all contracts will be upheld, and all outstanding supplier payments will be made and scheduled retrospective discount payments will also be honoured.
