Easter Delivery Arrangements

Please find below our trading arrangements around the upcoming Easter Bank Holiday weekend.

Easter Bank Holiday arrangements:

If your account resides in Scotland, our logistics network and contact centres will be operating normally on Friday 18th and Monday 21st of April. There will be no changes to your delivery schedule.

Depots and Contact Centres in England and Wales will be closed on the following Bank Holidays:

• Monday 21st April

Contact Centres in England and Wales will be reopen, and deliveries will recommence on:

• Tuesday 22nd April

In England and Wales, if you have been scheduled for a delivery on Tuesday 22nd April, the order must be processed by your cut-off time on Friday 18th April.

In England and Wales, if Monday is your only delivery day, you will be given an alternative delivery day for week commencing 21st April.
