50ml Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
50ml Mediterranean Tonic
Method
Pour Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur into a glass with ice and top with Mediterranean tonic. Garnish with kaffir lime leaf and lemon swirl

Ingredients
50ml Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
Method
Mix the gin, syrup and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Pour into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
