50ml 6 O'Clock Gin
Tonic Water
Method
Pour 6 O'clock gin into a glass with ice, top with tonic water and garnish with lemon peel.

10ml Dry Vermouth
Method
Stir down all the ingredients over lots of ice in a chilled cocktail mixing glass. Strain into an ice cold coupette. Garnish with lemon, orange or grapefruit or use green olive for a savoury affair.
