Ways to order


24hr Online ordering

Our award winning online ordering site offers everything you expect and all at a time that suits you - 24hrs a day. It is the easiest and most efficient way to place your orders.

For help and support you can email our dedicated online eServices team, available Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Forgotten passwords can be reset here.

Once you've opened your Matthew Clark account, you'll automatically be provided with your log in details. If you're an existing customer that wishes to start ordering online you can request your log in details here.

Place an order by phone

​Our contact centre team based in Bristol is ready to take your orders, offer advice and manage any queries from Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Phone ordering is only available to customers in England & Wales.

EDI solutions

Already have a ordering software? We've also got specialist in-house expertise and support for EDI integrations, allowing customers to easily integrate Matthew Clark ordering into their software. Your Account Manager will advise on opening an account.

Register for e-billing

Our e-billing service, will give you full access to your statements, proof of delivery, credit notes and invoices. You can make payments securely through this service or set up a direct debit when you open an account.
New customers will be automatically provided with login details. Existing customers can register for e-billing here.

Our e-billing system is managed by our partner Swiss Post, their team is on hand to help with any email queries you have while using the system Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
