Matthew Clark Live allows our customers to browse our products and services, placing orders online, hassle free at a time that suits you. We can provide independent or multi-site customers with an online ordering solution, specific to your business needs.

Orders usually work on a day 1 for day 2 ordering cycle but your account manager will be able to advise on your specific order cycle. Amendments or additions to the order can be made up until 12 noon on day 1 of the order cycle. Where delivery days are affected by bank holidays a delivery schedule will be sent out with information on any changes. Orders can be placed online or by phone or email.

Our contact centre teams based Bristol and Glasgow manage phone and email orders. All staff are fully trained to take your orders, offer advice and manage any queries from Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.  We split our contact centre into regional teams so that our customers get to speak to the same people each time they place an order. We're proud that on average our contact centre employees work with us for 10 years, after all the experience matters.
