Zesty, herbaceous or aromatic whites
- High-acid cheeses such as goats’ or sheeps’ cheese e.g. crottin de Chavignol, pecorino. Lightly smoked cheese

Available in 75cl bottles, supplied by LGI (Viticulteurs de L'Union). Le Beau Sud Sauvignon Blanc Gros Manseng, Côtes de Gascogne is a flavourful wine, made from Gros Manseng grapes. This screwcap wine is like many wines in our list, this wine is suitable for vegan diets. Light and fresh, works well with chicken, fish and salads.
