This cracking white Sparkling Wine from Bottega is crafted in the Prosecco area of Veneto. This wine is exclusive to Matthew Clark, you won't find it at multiple retailers. Available in 20cl single serve bottles, supplied by Bottega SPA. Bottega Poeti Prosecco Brut DOC is a delighful wine, made from Glera grapes. This wine has a cork closure and is like many wines in our list, this wine is suitable for vegan diets. It goes particularly well with fish starters or risotto It is a perfect match with wild herbs, meat, pizza, vegetables (in particular asparagus), cold cuts and cheeses.
