About the Wine
This super red wine from Elephant in the Room originates from South Australia. Available in 25cl single serve cans, imported by Badet Clement. Elephant in the Room Pinot Noir Cans is a delighful wine, made from Shiraz/Syrah grapes. This canned wine is made with added-sulphites.
A temperamental thin skinned grape and difficult to grow, when produced of any quality it demands high prices. The thin skin means it's very light in colour body and tannin, it characteristically has searing acidity and full lingering flavours of raspberry, strawberry, cherry, violets and sweet spice.
Australia is at the start of an exciting wine journey. Having been a successful wine growing country with their classic punchy style, we are now seeing more experimentation and diversity, and it's for the better.Explore Australia
