Sophisticated, polished, complex reds
- Can be very flexible with many cheeses including sheeps’, Morbier, Epoisse, Vacherin, Cheddar

This cracking red Wine produced by Bouchard Aîné & Fils is produced in the Côtes de Beaune area of Burgundy. Available in 75cl bottles, imported by FGV Boisset. Côte de Beaune-Villages, Les Abbesses, Bouchard Aîné & Fils is a delicious wine, made from Pinot Noir grapes. This wine has a cork closure and, like many wines on our list, this wine is suitable for vegan diets. Fresh, savoury, berry-fruit flavours that work well with light game, rich chicken and pork dishes. This wine is part of our core range.
A temperamental thin skinned grape and difficult to grow, when produced of any quality it demands high prices. The thin skin means it's very light in colour body and tannin, it characteristically has searing acidity and full lingering flavours of raspberry, strawberry, cherry, violets and sweet spice.
