Method
Pour Edinburgh Gin's Plum & Vanilla Liqueur and top with Prosecco. Garnish with mint leaves.

Method
Dry shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then add ice and shake again. Double-strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a plum wedge.
