Tonic Water
Method
Mix Marylebone gin and premium tonic water in a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and lime twist.

40ml Marylebone London Dry Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Eggwhite
10ml Peche
10ml Simple Syrup
2 Peychauds Bitters
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Fine strain into a chilled Coupette glass and garnish
