45ml Chapel Down Bacchus Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
7.5ml Sugar Syrup
Chapel Down Brut
Method
Fill a shaker with ice, add Chapel Down Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake well. Strain in to a sparkling wine flute. Top with Chapel Down Brut.

50ml Curious Apple Cider
20ml Lime Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Fill a shaker with ice, add Chapel Down Gin, Curious Apple Cider, lime juice and sugar syrup. Shake until cold. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and mint.
