Step 1: Register Online

If you haven’t used online ordering with Matthew Clark in the past, you’ll need to activate your account by visiting matthewclark.co.uk/activate. Have the following documents to hand to submit your registration.

  • Bank account details
  • Company registration information
  • AWRS number if applicable
  • Previous account details if you have traded with us before
  • Two forms of identification

You’ll be asked to create a strong password to access your account and place orders in the future.

If you’ve never ordered with us before, never fear! You can still access 400 of our most popular products as a guest and purchase up to £1500 using your credit card.

Step 2: Log in

Once you’ve been registered you can log in to your online ordering portal with your email and strong password you created during registration.

Step 3: Build your order

Once you’re logged in you can browse our full range of over 7000 products. The online portal is set up just like any online store, with search and filter functionality to make it easy to find what you need. When you’ve found the products you need, select the quantity and add to your basket.

Tip: To save the products for future orders go to the basket and select Save As Order Pad at the bottom of the page. Then you can easily re-order whenever you need by going to your saved Order Pads on the My Account page.

Step 4: Check Out

Once you’re happy with your order, click your basket and proceed to the checkout. You’ll find information on your delivery days at the bottom of the page.
