A famous twist on the classic Margarita swaps the triple sec for agave syrup to add a little sweetness and is served over ice to give a little more dilution. These small changes make the drink a lot more approachable, especially for the UK palate.

  • 50ml Tequila
  • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 12.5ml Agave Syrup

Glass: Rocks
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into an ice-filled glass.

Cinco de Mayo

A Mexican long twist on the classic British Bramble cocktail created by the legendary Dick Bradsell.

  • 37.5ml Blanco Tequila
  • 12.5ml Crème de Cassis
  • 18.75 Fresh Lime Juice
  • 6.25ml Agave Syrup
  • 50ml Apple Juice

Glass: Hi-ball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Method: Shake all ingredients except cassis with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Drizzle the cassis over the top.

Oaxaca Old Fashioned

A Mexican twist on the legend that is the Old Fashioned.

  • 37.5ml Reposado/Anejo Tequila
  • 12.5ml Mezcal
  • 1 Bar Spoon Agave Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Glass: Rocks
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Flamed Orange Zest
Method: Add all ingredients to the glass and stir until chilled. Add any further ice as needed and garnish with flamed orange zest.
