Halloween is no longer just for children, adults are heading out into the trade like never before to celebrate the occasion. Did you know that Halloween now tops Christmas and New Year amongst consumers for reasons to head out? So take advantage of some ghastly serves this spooky season and maximise the potential of the cocktail market.

Halloween gives us loads of free reign to experiment and have fun with serves. Venues up and down the country will be adding a Halloween cocktail to their list this week so we thought we would get in on the act. Vampire’s Kiss



Add all of your ingredients into an ice-filled Boston shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a Raspberry.

Add the vodka, Disaronno and orange juice into your Boston shaker. Shake and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Fill with soda water, leaving some space at the top and stir. Pour over the Finest Call Strawberry.

Crime Scene Martini


  • 25ml Absolut Raspberri
  • 25ml Creme de Cacao
  • 15ml Funkin Raspberry Pureé


  • 100ml Funkin Pre-batched Pina Colada


  • 50ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml Coconut Cream
  • 25ml Milk


Drizzle the inside of a Martini glass with raspberry pureé. Add the other ingredients to an ice-filled Boston shaker. Shake and strain into your Martini glass and serve.
