‘Wine by the glass’ presents a huge opportunity as customers continue to spend more money on high quality and new experiences. Savvy operators are offering more wines by the glass, making aspirational wines more accessible.

Think about swapping your Pinot Grigio for a Cortese or Cabernet Sauvignon for Malbec for example, or introducing a regular ‘wine of the month’ or similar to keep your overall wine offering exciting and seasonally relevant.
