San Salvatore Palinuro Bianco, Paestum

San Salvatore Palinuro Bianco, Paestum

Made from a blend of organically grown Fiano and Falanghina grapes that are grown in vineyards on clay and limestone soils, situated about 200 metres above sea level. Unoaked, the wine is aged for about eight months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. Shows ripe stone fruit, herbs and sweet lemon fruit on the nose; the palate is refreshing with notes of tropical fruit right through to the finish.
