50ml Edinburgh Gin Elderflower liqueur
Cucumber Tonic
Method
Pour Edinburgh Gin Elderflower Liqueur into a glass with ice and top with cucumber or Indian tonic. Garnish with cucumber slices.

25ml Edinburgh Gin Elderflower Liqueur
25ml Edinburgh Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
Lemonade
Method
Half fill a tall glass with crushed ice. Stir the gin, liqueur and lemon juice together in a mixing glass. Pour into the glass. Top up glass with crushed ice. Top up with lemonade and garnish.
